I asked a question about sugar in bananas and received some very good answers, a big thankyou to you all. It was the practice nurse at my doctors who gave me the advice as my blood sugar is rather high, I should have explained this in the first place. Perhaps one every other day will be O.K.

If you're worried about the suger in bananas then stick to green ones. The riper they get the more quick release suger theu have in them.
