What jingle would you play over your loudspeaker? May i suggest "Fiesta" by The Pogues? That would bring them all running out of their houses to buy your wares! I think a mobile offy is a top idea! (download Fiesta from WinMX or Kazaa if you haven't heard it - it's a fun tune!)

Don't know about the legal implications, but there is a van I have seen locally which offers a delivery service for alcohol - I think up to 1.00am - so I guess it can be done!
