Fruit Pastilles

I brought a packet of fruit pastilles yesterday for the first time in a while... What have Rowntrees done to them?...They have a strange taste now and are not as nice as they used to be!

You know what these companies are like,they IMPROVE them but if they bothered to ask public opinion they'd know not to bother with their improvements.

It's probably all the "bad stuff" in the old ones that gave them the flavour . Tizer doesn't taste the same I'm sure since they "improved " that , to name just one other.

Oh and don't get me started on Maynards Wine Gums!!

or they've tried to make them more healthy therefore they taste like cr*p!!

Usually they brag on the front of the packet if they've made things healthier, or 'improved' them...no mention on the fruit pastilles though!

lol It's strange you should say that Mikeyd2, I had wine gums yesterday and I swear the red ones tasted like soap! I threw them away!
