As no one has, i'll give you the best i can come up with. You say - "i know it's not the same with the products we get in britain" - and from this i take it you mean the Nando's piri piri sauces. Well, i can't do any better than that i'm afraid. Have you tried them? I like some of their marinades, and the hot sauce they do is very hot. If you go to their website, http://www.nandos.co.uk/
and follow the link at the bottom left, "Home of Sauces and Marinades", there are quite a few inspiring recipes in there. They're not just "put the chicken in a dish, cover with Nando's, marinade overnight then cook for blah blah blah..." kind of recipes - they actually involve the use of other ingredients like cinnamon, garlic, or orange rind! The recipe i'm looking at now sounds like what you're after, it's called "Simple saucy chicken". One bit of advice that they don't tell you in the preparation guide - it's a good idea to make quite deep cuts diagonally across the chicken breasts, as this allows the marinade/sauce to actually get inside the flesh and flavour it from within. Sorry i don't know about proper chicken piri piri, this is the best i can come up with.
