Not sure if it's what you'd call traditional, but we have a roast meal every Sunday. Usually roast beef, lamb or chicken, with roast potatoes, carrots, yorkshire puddings, peas and gravy.

Not my favourite meal of the week, I have to say. It's not that it tastes bad, far from it, but it gets very tired when you have it every week! Thing is, my family are suckers for tradition!

I've just had mine! Absolutely delish. I don't have the roast itself (veggie) but everything else. I eat it round me mams and it's the only proper cooked meal I have all week, everything else is eaten on the go as I'm usually strapped for time.
Yep, every Sunday. It's either beef, pork or lamb with all the trimmings and I adore it. If for some reason we don't have it, I'm gutted!
Yes! I love roast dinners, any day of the week. Usually pork or chicken, occaisionally the beef or lamb. I've just got a new fan oven so at the min we're having roast chicken all the time coz it's so good!

Husband & M in law asleep, sister & family gone home, two kids in their bedrooms, me just loaded dishwasher for third time........................where did it all go wrong?

Mr Sense is the cook on a Sunday. There is a bun fight over the yorkies, usually a foreign kid from son's school or a "blow in" from the family or other kids. Meat, veg and a huge vat full of gloopy gravy. Luv - erl - ly.
Roast beef (rare),Yorkshire pud, roast and creamed spuds, broccoli, mashed swede and turnip, roast parsnips.
