Chicken Fricasee

Has anyone got an old fashioned school receipe for Chicken Fricasee?

i call it chicken in white sauce but other people have different ways of cooking it

i make a roux with butter and flour, making sure u cook out the flour, i heat a mix of milk and cream and slowly pour it onto the roux stirring out any lumps and heat thru til thick. season with salt, pepper and nutmeg

boil up chicken til nearly cooked through and then add to the sauce

voila!!
