Sugar and yeast food intolerances - help?

What do you know about sugar beet, sugar cane, brewers and bakers yeast interolerances. That is what I have just found out I have got but don't know what foods don't have these in? Thanks very much.

Thanks very much for the reply. However none of the links mention sugar beet or sugar cane and only the second one mentions yeast - but nothing about where to find it as the link to a PDF is broken. Are there any other sites you know of? Thanks very much.
