My fave recipe is putting fish in foil envelope with herbs, capers and sherry or very dry white vermouth plus and bake at 200C for about 12 - 15 mins. Plus sorrel if you've got it handy.
A simple sauce can be just some creme fraiche with horseradish and chopped walnuts. Enjoy.
Quislings recipe sounds delicious. You can steam fish with new potatoes underneath in your steamer or grill or fry with egg & breadcrumbs[pref freshly made], parsley sauce is just a basic white sauce[ any cookbook] and fresh chopped parsley the more the better, I like my sauce to be a pale green colour, any lumps put sauce in blender. To cheat when busy buy a "squeezy" pkt of lemon dill sauce [Morrisons 59p] and same of parsley sauce and mix together to pour over fish. Good luck.
