Hi!
Does anyone have a recipe for the Indian dish - chicken (tikka) pasanda? I love it, but have no idea how to cook it - which means I have to get a take away - I am trying to save money, so would love to know the recipe.
I have had it once made with yogurt and I really didnt like it, however the usual way is to make it with cream, which makes a creamy, thick consistancy.
Yum!

There are variations according to how spicy you like it, which area a chef may come from and his/her preparation, how long a marinade, specific spices used - you'll have to try a few to get the flavour you like, but once found, it is an easy curry to make - basically make the masala, broewn the chicken, make up the sauce, add the chicken and cook til ready. The creamy base is more often a greek youghurt - have a look thorugh the recipes and see the techniques.
Once you have the basic spices, you can make more than a few variations really easily, and don't forget to make too much in one go so you can freeze the extra.
