Avocado chocolate mousse

Just watched Eating with...Sadie Frost and she made a chocolate mousse made with avocado. Does anyone have a recipe for this? Thanks.

The avocado acts like using silken tofu in place of dairy products (in option 2 it is added rather than replacing anything so you get a double creamy hit)
