can anyonew tell me if museli is actuali good for you, i always thought it was but its so high in calories? even the 'healthy ones' like no added sugar etc are 2
At least it won't do you any harm unless you have a gluten or nut allergy. As to calories, it depends how much you eat. Few people realise that the Swiss physician who originally thought up muesli actually recommended a mere dessertspoonful daily. There's nothing to stop you making up your own using fresh ingredients. If you eat it with skimmed milk I find it is so filling that it stops me snacking until lunch so I guess the extra few calories on a bowl of Special K balance themselves out.
