Disgusting food

What is the most disgusting thing you have ever seen anyone eat? I have just been dipping bread into cold gravy left over from yesterdays dinner and I realised that most people would find this horrible. Anyway it made me think of at least 4 people I know who like 'mucky fat sarnies' in case you have never heard of these it involves getting a slice of bread and dipping it in the chip pan or roasting dish. Every time I have seen someone do this I have had to fight the urge to barf all over.

This isn't really disgusting but weird, when my neice was 2-3 she had a thing for eating spring onions and would just wander round the house munching a spring onion.

My dad eats cow tongue sarnies, just makes me want to puke.

Im with you on the tongue sarnies nat, I actually like it but cant eat it, same with black pudding

I just remembered that when I was young and lived at home thursday supper was tripe and sack. My parents and sister loved it and ate it straight off the newspaper with vinegar, salt and pepper sprinkled over it. I would sit there with a sarnie or whatever and feel like freaking because of it :(

Hi pix btw! Hope you had a good weekend. I have got a delayed hangover I think. Can't remeber how I got home Saturday night, and apparently hubby and brother were placing bets on how many times I would fall over. Am now wishing the day away and want to be at home in bed with cuppa and something tasty like a bacon sarnie, not sat here with a fricking tuna sandwich and another 4 hours to go at work :-(

I like fish, but don't like it when they're served with the head on and it's beady little white eyes are just laying looking blindy at you. Poor things.

Jo my hubby did that! He got back from the pub and went to make cheese on toast but was actually slicing lard. He put it under the grill and when it was done took a big bite before turning green. Mmmmm.

i had chicken soup in malaysia and it came with the chicken feet in it, I was at a really posh do as well (i just left them in the bottom of the bowl)

Has anyone tried a Durian fruit? I haven't had the real thing but a friend brought some durian flavoured sweets back from holiday in Malaysia (where it's banned in many public places due to the smell!).... one of the most disgusting things I've ever tasted!

durian is the most awful thing i have tasted. i was always curious about it so i bought one. when it got ripe, the whole house stank, and it tasted worst.
it was so disgusting, i am giving it the benefit saying i probably bought a spoil one. so i might try it again. maybe

When my middle daughter was about five, we had a dinner party one night, and left the clearing-up until the morning, as you do. i came down at the crack of dawn to find her with a cold bacon roll in one hand, and an After Eight mint in the other, taking alternate bites. Aaaarggh!!!

My dad came home from this Christmas do once, stoating about the place. He headed for the fridge, then came into the living room (in full kilt outfit) eating a big chank of gorgonzola cheese wrapped up in a big long strip of smoked salmon. It was the most disgusting yet funny sight id seen in a while!

Ive not tasted the durian fruit but i have been told how bad it smells and ewwwww to the gorgonzola too, but the bacon roll and after eights sounds nice, so does the cheese dipped in sweet and sour sauce :)

cameronang I too cant stand celery or rocket, and the cod and jam sarnie sounds gross heathfield lol
