could you be less vague about the question? If you mean where does it go ultimately? then either a) into the bloodstream as energy/nutrients or b) down the toilet.

more precisely, it enters the body via the mouth and travels (after a bit of breaking down by the teeth) to the stomach where it is "processed" by stomach acids into a liquid form. To cut a long story short involving the alimentary canal, it basically travels the canal while various bits of your body take out of it the required nutrients - what is left is then either sent to the bladder (for urinating out of the body in liquid form) or to the anus (for depositing in solid form).

or, it could be answered by saying that food/liquid enters the bloodstream, and ultimately to the muscles and organs of your body.
