Brandy and Loveage

What is the medicinal measure? Is it one part brandy and 2 parts loveage, or it it the other way round?

i know you can have this two ways - one as an after dinner drink and the other as a medicine for upset stomachs. I am after the medicinal version.

Traditionally drunk two parts Lovage to one of brandy as a soothing winter warmer, or if you prefer more of a kick, two parts brandy and one part lovage will set you up

Oh great links - thank you. Seems like two parts loveage to one of brandy is the medicinal one.

I know it works but wanted to get the "cure" in the right mixture.

There's plenty of other herbs that you can grow which help digestion & upset stomachs ... cheaper than buying the bottles of lovage i would imagine ...
