Spicy Dip
200g blue cheese

Freshly ground black pepper
Whizz the lot in a blender. Delicious on toast etc or as a sauce for meat dishes.
Actually, when I make it, I don't bother with all the precise measures above, but just lob in what seems appropriate at the time!
Broccoli & stilton soup is one of my favourite soups...
Boil a load of broccoli with chopped leek, onion, garlic, spring onion (whatever takes your fancy) and blend together when boiled and soft. Add cream (I use double as I don't have it that often!)
Season to taste and crumble the cheese in to your liking, stirring all the time. You can use any type of cheese, though I usually use Docelatte. Delicious!
Blue cheese strudel. If you have not used filo pastry it can be fiddly but worth it. Cook up a load of veg and make it into a strudel with blue cheese on top, before you fold the pastry over.
