Fresh eels

I love eels, jellied or otherwise and have tried making them myself but have only ever found conger eels in the shops. Does anyone know where I can get fresh eels in the Darlington area please.

I can't help you to find eels in your area, but wondered if you have ever eaten conger eel...it's really delicious.

As you can see from above, I have eaten conger eels and yes they are delciious but I want the smaller thinner variety for my purposes.
