You can buy it in any Starbuck's coffee house. In London alone there are hundreds of them.

Unfortunately, you can buy it on just about every street corner in London. Please don't support these people, we want some individuality in our city, not for it too look like a theme park. There's lots of smaller independent coffee houses nowadays. Why not give one of them a try?
