At the moment im on a diet which consists entirely of basmati rice, cherry tomatos, peppers, chillis, tinned tuna, macrel and sardines and chicken breasts, onions, mince, shredded wheat, milk, lots of water and beer.
What nutrients would be lacking from such a diet? What other healthy, low fat nutritious foods could you recmomend? I'm not really that into fruit and dont want to spend too much money
Please help

You should probably have some more veg - spinach, broccoli, carrotts and courgettes are not too expensive. Also try and have some brown pasta or rice, with your protein foods ie chicken or fish. Also wholegrains like porridge oats are better than shredded wheat. If you don't eat much fruit you should supplement 500-100mg per day of vitamin C. Also maybe try some beans and pulses such as lentils, chickpeas or kidney beans.
Swap the basmati rice for brown rice- much better for you.
You are also lacking green leafy vegetables. If you don't like them, try buying a nice big bag of dark green salad leaves. You can top it with cherry tomatoes, onion and salas sprinkles (from Holland and Barratt- sunflower seeds/pine kernals) and houmous which is nice and good for you. Also if half your plate is made up of salad, you will eat less of the main course!
Pulses are missing from your diet. Beans/chick peas etc are good for you and they fill you up. Buy tinned ones and wash off any coating/brine, and add them to your mince. This will bulk out the meal and means you eat less red meat- which is better for you.
have semi-skimmed milk rather than normal. The fish and chicken breasts are all good.
