Brazilian Black Beans
4 Answers
Does anybody know a source in the UK for the tiny Brazilian Black Beans used in feijoada, their bean and meat stew?
I had some in Rio years ago and it was delicious and now have a recipe I want to try out. (Not sure about the pig's ears, tail and naughty bits though!)
