whats the best way to stuff them and what with (no cheese,can't stand the stuff),just got one large one left in the garden,its almost marrow size realy any idea's.

Fill the baked hollowed out centre with some boiled rice, and pour over some bolognaise sauce, or a chili con carne sauce containing some red kidney beans.

we have some that we forgot about !!
we hollow them out and fill with a bolognaise sauce cover with foil and pop in the oven for an hour very tasty.
you can also make a lasagne using slices of marrow/courgette instead of pasta tastes good too.

Make some rissotto rice with veg stock, add a fresh chopped large tomato, small amount of fresh red chilli and top with breadcrumbs and bake for about twenty mins - Very tasty indeed !
