Hi theres an Indian (Gujarati) food called Pathra which is basically a large leaf stuffed,rolled,cut up and fried or steamed. I think its some sort of vine leaf, but does anyone know for sure what leaf or its botanical name? I seem to have developed an allergy to it. The leaves are bought fresh without labels, so I cant check there :S
