Impossible Cake

Any of you culinary geniuses out there have a recipe for something called ''Impossible Cake''?

I know it has ... Dates, Water, Wholemeal Flour, Fruit, Orange Juice, Ground Almonds & Mixed Spice.

I know it has NO ... Fat, Milk, Eggs or Sugar.

Haven't got Impossible Cake but here is Impossible Pie
Allow five minutes to make, an hour in the oven.
Serves 6
Ingredients
5 large eggs
175g/6oz caster sugar
pinch of salt
450ml/16fl.oz.milk
1 teasp vanilla extract
50g/2oz softened butter(it must be softened )or soft margarine
65g/2�oz plain flour
�tsp baking powder
50g/2oz desiccated coconut.

How to make it:-
Heat oven to 180�C/160�C fan oven/gas 4
Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Wiz until blended.
Pour into a pie dish or the equivalent, about 25cm across by 5cm/2inches deep. Bake for an hour.The ingredients will have settled into pastry at the bottom, custard filling and coconut at the top.

This is a recipe that I found in a newspaper, thought it looked interesting but never got round to making it,
I would be interested to hear if anyone tries it and how it turns out.

Cowboy Cake / Stir Crazy Cake / Impossible Cake
a quick easy dark devils food chocolate cake

2 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup oil
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp vanilla
2 cup water or cold coffee

..............

1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Put flour, 1 1/2 c sugar, cocoa, soda, salt in ungreased 13"x9"x2" pan.
Stir with fork, make three wells.
Pour oil in one well, vinegar in one, vanilla in one.
Pour water over all, stir with fork until well mixed.
Do not beat.
Combine 1/4 c sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.

Impossible Cake

Ingredients
2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 can (4oz.) flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans

In blender, combine first 6 ingredients. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9" round or square cake pan. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

Dates 25%, Water 25%, Wholemeal Flour 18%, Fruit 18%, Orange Juice 12%, Ground Almonds, Mixed Spice

2 oz flour
2 oz fruit 1
1/2 fl ozs orange Juice
no percentage given for almonds but I would assume
2 1/2 ozs gound almonds + small amount of mixed spice
