Does anyone know what the UMF active bit on the label is - it seems to be the higher the UMF the higher the price .Does this means the higherin both cases the better?
Thanks

UMF - Unique Manuka Factor - the antibacterial level in the honey - so the higher the UMF the higher the price. Good stuff though.
