I have been suffering bloating and lower stomact pains.

What foods are good in aiding digestion?
I hear any raw food but anything else?

Peppermint is a classic aid...a cup of peppermint tea following a meal really does help.
I drink a lot of peppermint tea, and also chamomile and lemon balm. I buy Twinings or Duchy Originals peppermint and chamomile, both are very good - and i make my own lemon balm tea with a few sprigs picked from the bush in my garden.
I believe fennel is supposed to be good as well, but i haven't tried that.

Good luck!
I find that satsuma's, raw peppers, nuts, apples, kiwi's and fresh figs are really good, also drinking plenty of water.
