do you 'really' want to know...
I think its minced lamb and spices, I dont like them myself because I dont eat lamb but what puzzles me is they are on that spit for hours on end then at the end of the night when the shop closes it gets covered up then the next day it gets re-heated, why does nobody ever get poisoned ??

But enjoy if you ever eat one again :)

Yes Snagged! I really do!
Food poisoning
I love these kebabs sober or not. You can't worry about food poisoning all the time or you'd never eat anywhere. Only time I ever had it was from a spagetti bolognaise bought at a pizza place.
But does anyone know how they can get away with re-heating it all the time as we are all aware that you shoul'nt keep re-heating meat ??
Your spot on harleybobs.....I've never known anyone to come down with food poisioning after eating a kebab......perhaps there not that bad for you after all
Years ago where i used to live some kebab shops got shut down for supposedly using dog and horse meat for their kebabs!!
Do you carry a Doner Card - that is what probably goes in
A 'kebab' is actually a very large rodent... they take off the feet... remove the fur... wipe its @rse... and skewer it whole as you see in the shops...
