It's not! Used to drink this until I realised the chemicals they use to decaffeinate. Either stick to light coffees or switch to a natural non-caffeine drink.

Nescafe claims to remove the caffeine using a water only process, so I assume that is healthier to drink than the ones that use chemicals.

Thanks. I too read that on Nescafe, however it does not say they just use the Swiss water method - which is the best process. Their wording is slightly ambiguous. Has anyone ever rang the freephone info line?
