i went to the one in Birmingham yesterday ,when i asked if they stocked it he looked at me as though id said 'do you stock ifgjkvnjbhuyenbjkefgh;e?
i looked in the cake section and the treacle/honey sec No joy!

Holland and Barrett sell black strap molasses, I always substitute a tablespoonful of water in my boiled fruit cake with a tablespoonful of black strap molasses.

health food shops, failing that animal feed shops or most fishing tackle shops sell it, and yes it usually is of human grade
