Hi Dark Angel

Hope you have more luck with your tiramisu questions mine's been on recipes for 2 days now without a reply.

I'm after a recipe without eggs for tiramisu??
:o)
personally I would say no, mascarpone has got very little taste whereas Philly has a definite taste, also the consistency of the cheese is different. So I wouldn't try it, but there again maybe someone has and can tell me different
I wouldn't substitute the marscapone :-(

Athley, here's an eggless Tiramisu.....

Hurray

Thanks loads beryllium!!!! You saved the day!!

Def worth paying extra for marscaopne ass philly has the wrong consistency and tends to take over the flavour. I have excellent recipe for this by the way if ever ya want it.
