Breakfast-300 kcal
Lunch-400 Kcal
5 Bits of Fruit
Dinner-600-800 Kcal
After dinner snack-max 500.
Max Kcal around 2000
Also drink tea.
Would that be ok?
OK, thanks for evryones help, i wont be going back on a crash diet.
Oh, and by the way i am a BOY. I know i might sound a bit gay but thats what happens when people keep calling to fat.
