Roquefort isn't it? I assume beacuse it is only made in one place and from the milk of certain type of sheep (laucaune?)

It comes from southern Italy and is called Cariocavallo Podolico - pound for pound it costs almost as much as silver. The Podolico cattle only provide milk during May and June, which is why it's so rare.
