I recently started making my own wine and I have found that the labels on the bottles I stored in my garage have started to fade or the ink has started to run. I did the labels my self on a PC and I would like to know if there is any way to "fix" the ink. Sorry if I'm asking in the wrong place as I couldn't decide which topic it should be under

Try fixing it with a fixative from your local art shop! I imagine this is only happening because your garage is damp.

thanks for our sugestion I'll certainly get some next time I'm in town and give it a try.You're right about the garage being damp but I don't have anywhere else to store a lot of bottles.
