Dolmio do pouches of pasta sauces and I think they do a chunky veg one, which has biggish chunks of veg. The other thing you could do is get a standard sauce and add some chunky veg yourself, for example, onions, mushrooms, peppers and courgettes. Your could also make your own which is so simple and can be frozen in batches. I brown my mince, put in chopped onion, garlic, mushrooms, peppers and soften them, I then put in a carton of passata, a tablespoon of tomato puree, a good squeeze of ketchup, italian seasoning and if you like a sweet sauce you can add some sugar too. I then just let the whole lot cook down and simmer away for about an hour. It is so easy and quick and you know exactly what would be going in it.
