Mild Nut Allergy?

Whe I eat nuts I get really itchy in my ears and throat. It usually happens when I eat more that a few walnuts, brazils, hazelnuts but not peanuts and not when nuts are in other foods. Cashews seem ok and pine nuts. Am I just weird or is this a know mild allergy?

When I eat brazil nuts my mouth and throat get very itchy; glad I'm not the only one. I don't know what causes it so I just don't eat them!
