Dalek Pizza

Reading a friends copy of the Dr Who Magaziine recently my girlfriends daugher spotted a Pizza that had been cut into the shape of a Dalek.

I want to make one but prefer to use the round Pizza base and make the dalek shape out of food toppings.

Anyone got any ideas on how to create the eye stalk / rounded bumps, domed head etc made entirely out edible bits?

never saw the pizza but for round pumps could you use small meatballs? perhaps tomato for the domed head?
