beans said homer

When I was a litle girl (many years ago) one of my very first books I read was called Beans Said Homer or certainly had those words in the book. It wasnt a Simpsons type book, all I can remember it was about a little boy who said beans a lot and obviously his name was homer.

Does anyone remember this book? If so who wrote it because I would love to buy a copy of it. Many thanks.

have you tried e-bay? it may have beans in the title so just put this in the search and see what it throws up (bad choice of wording!!)... good luck

It's called, Who's A Pest. By Crosby Newell Bonsall. It was the first book I read on my own when I was a kid.
