Has anyone ever tried one. I Know its supposed to be a Scottish 'delicacy' but in all my years ive never met anyone who admitted having one.

yes, it was very nice. They fry it in the same oil as they use for the chips, so it's crisp and salty on the outside and sweet - oh so sweet - and gooey on the inside.
Unfortunately I had a massive heart attack after the 2nd bite. But them's the risk.
Yes I have but i'm not scottish! Our local chippie sells them

It was lovely but very sweet and would burn the mouth off you unless you let it cool beforehand. Apparently they have to be frozen when you fry them to stop them melting

So is chasing wild Haggis.
You shouldn't believe everything you hear.
According to The Lancet, 22% of Scotland's chip shops sell deep fried mars bars.

They have become so popular they are now available in the USA, Canada and Australia.

I had one in Spain. I managed half. Enjoyed it so much I really wanted to eat the whole thing, but couldn't manage it.
I tried one and hated it, never again. I love mars bars and fried food but not together.

Nobody 'chases' wild haggis zeddy. They are very friendly creatures and they come over when you whistle at them. Then you f*** them over the heid with your deep fried mars bar!
Yes, and very nice it was too!!
I've been to lots of chippies in Glasgow and never seen one, Also don't know anyone who claims to have eaten one.
Yes! It sounds horrific but it's surprisingly delicious! Found that great place who does it in London:
IL BUFFONE
Macklin Street
(off Drury Lane)
Covent Garden
London WC2

One of the best delicacy in the world, beleive me!

trust me, it's not a scottish delicacy, and i HATE how people think that! why do they think that? I HATE HAGGIS AND I HATE THE SOUND OF BAGPIPES AND I HATE THE THOUGHT OF EATING A DEEP FRIED MARS BAR..

Although I must admit, men look KILLER in kilts...
