Its probably because its proteins that make you feel full - usually meat and fish - maybe if you were to eat more cheese, nuts and meat substitutes such as Quorn or Tofu??
sometimes drinking more water helps.
You could try a combination of beans and rice - just eaten at the same meal - I think that makes a complete protein and is VERY filling.

miss-taken seems to be right. Recently, it's been proved that when any protein is being digested a signal goes to the brain which puts an end to the hunger pangs. They are hoping to come up with a no-calorie form of tablet which does the same thing to help people lose weight. SO by eating protein with each meal it should help you.
you need more carbo-hydrate.
Make sure you eat pasta or rice or potato or bread at each meal.
you must miss your proteins too
