Some vague memories about toffee and mallow eggs, but not the packaging you mention... that could have changed over time I guess.
The Chocolate Review site has some really knowlegeable people on the subjet of sweeties... especially old bygone ones.

They were made by macintosh and rowntree took the company over and became rowntree macintosh and toffee and mallow eggs were no longer made.loads of people still reminisce about them on google.another backwards move when they were a popular line.
They weren't toffee and mallow, just toffee and they were absolutely delicious and if they ever decide to make them again I would be first in the queue
The boxes were brilliant and woolworths were the place to get them, sadly both no longer exist WAHHHHHHH.
soozyc they were Toffee and Mallow, you are thinking of another product. I've had just the toffee ones also, but the toffee and mallow ones were delicious.
