AA Rosettes

Can anyone please tell me how you go about getting AA Rosettes for your business. I am a chef and the restaurant I work for has been told on several occasions that "this place should be awarded with AA rosettes".
How do we get these??
Any help would be grateful

you need to get in touch with the aa some times there is normally a fee depending on if your a hotel but i think its free for pubs and restaurants between 1 and 2 rosettes you only get one inspection a year so the consistency has to be really good it is also awarded on wine list, service good luck! scott

You need to have yourself brought to their attention.
Encourage those dinners who are saying this to get in touch witht the AA Restaurant Guide.
From there on I beleive that they may decide to visit you if what they are hearing makes them believe it is worth a trip.
