Does pork haslet from supermarket deli counters contain entrails, as is traditional?

According to old receipes this should contain pigs 'lights' which were all the bits, lungs liver etc. I think the best course of action is not to worry too much about what's in it it if you like it.
I like mime on white sliced with ketchup, my sister always prefered brown sauce.
