Onion and cream of mushroom soup

Dose anyone have a nice recipe for onion and cream of mushroom soup? I had this at a pub for lunch earlier this week and wanted to recreate it at home. Any suggestions appreciated.

As with any soup, have a go at making extra to keep and use when you fancy a decent bowl, not a chemical broth....

get u a good cream of soup starter. Then get some baby portabella mushrooms and green onions. let it simmer for 30 mins to give the juices time to cook toghter it will be very good. Add some cheese for extra flavor.
