Types Of Biscuits

I have 4 different types of biscuits to work out from these clues below, they are cryptic clues i think.

1. Small crusty brown or plain?
2. Wait till amber disappears?
3. Don't gossip too much?
4. T R W O N I A O T R O H R (Anagram, 2 words)

Any help on all or either of them will be much appreciated, thanks.

Don't worry about number 4, i think i have that one now. It's Go, am i right though, is there a biscuit called Go?

Well i have looked through the quizzes and puzzles section and can't find anything to do with this topic, can you you be more specific please as to where it is?
