What are your feelings toward chocolate? Or in other words... what do you feel when you eat chocolate? Would you describe these feelings as compulsive?

It's weird- I only allow myself to eat the 70% dark type, and I feel very little when I eat it. However, milk choc is another matter. I believe it is responsible for releasing some happy hormone or other? I know that when I eat it, I want to eat more, and it reawakens a taste for sugar that I otherwise manage to control. This is why I avoid it. I also know that it gaks my throat up- milk being mucus forming, and makes singing harder. I also am aware of the downer I get after I have eaten choc, particularly when I eat it for an energy boost. I feel better all round if I don't eat it!
I personally would not care if I never had another piece of chocolate.
Now, I do love savoury foods but chocolate I can certainly live without.
I agree with cruella - not a chocolate person at all - give me a multipack of crisps though and i can eat them all in a day!!
