Most supermarkets stock Fage's "Total" brand natural Greek yoghurt, which is fine for diabetics, and comes in 0% and 2% fat forms as well as full fat (10%). If you don't like the taste of natural yoghurt you could always flavour it with fruit (fresh or tinned in natural juice) or a sugar-free preserve.
I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes earlier this year and found it a struggle to find low fat low sugar yoghurt's myself. The best ones I found are the weight watchers brand which is available in almost all supermarkets. They contain on average 7.4g sugar per 100g which is within the guide lines given to me by my dietitian.
