Enriched Wheat Flour - with ferrous sulphate, B vitamins (niacin, thiamine mononitrate [B1], ribofavin [B12] and folic acid); Sugar; Corn syrup; Water; High fructose corn syrup; Vegetable and/or animal shortening - containing one or more of partially hydrogenated soybean, cottonseed or canola oil, beef fat; Dextrose; Whole eggs; Modified corn starch; Cellulose gum; Whey; Sodium acid pyrophosphate; Baking soda; Monocalcium phosphate; Salt; Cornstarch; Corn flour; Corn syrup solids; Mono and diglycerides; Soy lecithin; Polysorbate 60; Dextrin; Calcium caseinate;
Sodium stearol lactylate; Wheat gluten; Calcium sulphate
Natural and artificial flavours; Artificial vanillin; Caramel colour; Sorbic acid; Colours - yellow 5, red 40.
Not the worse thing you can eat, but not really a natural product? Its been suggested to put one in galss of water and leave it for 15 mins - then see if you want that in your body.......
oh and if you wonder what Polysorbate 60 is...it is a cheap cream / dairy / egg replacement in industrial food. It's derived from corn, palm oil and petroleum..........like the 'flavours' that come also from the petroleum industry
Lots of comments about Twinkies on the web if you want some other info..like where the ingredients come from - China (one of the largest expoerters of petrol based food ingredients like flavourings and preservatives), Malaya, Chad, Peru, Europe etc . Apparently there is no plant in the US that makes sorbic acid - Vit C - so they import the lot - then sell the goods as home made produce of course...

awww honey to be honest it really isnt easy meeting someone who is (1) not out for one thing (2) after your money (3) hasnt got millions of secrets etc.... being in the same boat as you i know how hard it is. However, you are good looking and know what you want so i am sure when you meet someone it will be the right someone. xx
