on a packet of brownie mix the instructions say to add 75ml of water, can I substitute this with 75ml of brandy.

Hi i wouldn't substitute the whole 75ml of brandy as it is alot stonger than water obviously and this would over power the brownies. try halfing the quantities so half brandy half water.
