I buy all household type stuff - washing up liquid, clothes washing liquid (colour), clothes conditioner. Shampoos, deodorants, bathfoam, thick bleach, loo rolls, etc. etc. Cheese/butter/meats/frozen foods, etc. At the moment (March) all frozen food is 40% cheaper. Veg/salad stuff is good but you must be careful. Sometimes looks a bit old and wilted!! Booze is also excellent value. Our weekly shop is cheaper than the usual big name supermarkets although the range is obviously not as good. Each week there are 'specials' . I once bought a 3 tread folding stepladder for 5.99. The same sort of thing in B&Q was over 15. They don't take cheques - only cash or debit cards. You don't get the 'frills' of the bigger stores but definitely worth a visit.
