Neither, stick with bran flakes they fill you up for longer! Just make sure you use skimmed milk. Most cereals are similar in calories per 100g. Two shredded wheat and a tiny bit of sugar works out pretty much the same as a serving of cereal. Just make sure you avoid those "crunch" type cereals. they are relly high in fat and calories. I have to say, both special K and Kashi are pretty dull cereals. If you look at the nutrional info on the side of cereal packets, you'll notice you could be just as well having low sugar frosties or cocopops and feel a lot less like you are having to have miserable diet food!!!
