Do you mean seeds with omega oils in them, jedsusan -such as pumpkin, sunflower, linseed, etc? If so,several books I have on diet and nutrition recommend no more than a tablespoon per day, they can be eaten on their own or sprinkled over cereals and salads or even ground into a powder and added to soups or stews...any time of day. They are a great way to keep hunger at bay.
