What's that pretend cream topping stuff you get on trifles.
It's not real fresh cream but artificial. It tastes great.

Where can I buy this cream or even how can I make it.

I bought it from my local Spar corner shop (Scotland) but it did not have any ingredients listed on the tub.
I think a bakery makes the trifle and the corner shop sells it.

I use Dream Topping on my trifles available in all supermarkets
Oh by the way it just has to be whisked up in a 1/4 pint of cold milk

Ahh. . . Dream Topping. I forgot about that stuff.
Thanks.
Here in the USA we have:

Cool Whip Whipped Topping - fake (non-dairy) whipped cream frozen in a plastic container.

Reddi-Whip - real whipped cream in a pressurized squirt can.

I am not sure if they still make this - but it was the first kind of fake whipped cream we were able to buy:

Dream Whip - powder that gets mixed up to make a topping.
